At AnnRose Boutique, we understand how hard it is to find items that make us feel confident, so we want to be as fair as we can to ensure that you love every single piece you get from us.

To receive a return, please report your damaged product by emailing us at support@annroseboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery of your item.

-A picture of the damage

-A description of the damage

Customer service is our main priority, and we will do our best to establish a plan to satisfy you including covering return shipping if the product was received damaged at our fault. 

Exchanges for non-damaged items can be made for store credit ONLY. The customer is responsible for return shipping, so please follow sizing recommendations provided.

An exchange must be requested VIA email at support@annroseboutique.com or to our PM's/DMs on any social media, within 48 hours of delivery of your item. The item must meet all of the requirements at the top of this page. 

After emailing/messaging for your exchange, we will advise you to mail your exchange to us less than 7 days from the date you received it.

There will always be an address at the bottom of your packing slip, this is where you should mail your exchange. If you accidentally tossed that, it is just our storefront address in Paxton! 114 S Market St Paxton IL 60957.

Once we have received your exchange, we will email you a code for your store credit. You will be responsible for re-ordering with your store credit at your convenience. All store credits will be sent to the original account you made your purchase from.
