Returns-
Returns are ONLY allowed if the product was received damaged, and must meet all of the requirements at the top of this page. To receive a return, please report your damaged product by emailing us at support@annroseboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery of your item. And make sure your item is post marked and mailed back to us less than 7 days from the date you received it.

Customer service is our main priority, and we will do our best to establish a plan to satisfy you including covering return shipping if the product was received damaged.

Exchanges-
Exchanges can be made for store credit ONLY. So please be careful when choosing your size. The customer is responsible for return shipping. An exchange must be requested VIA email at support@annroseboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery of your item. The item must meet all of the requirements at the top of this page. And make sure your item is post marked and mailed to us less than 7 days from the date you received it. Your store credit will NOT have an expiration date on it, for you to re-order.

All store credits will be sent to the original account you made your purchase from

Canceling your order-
Cancellations for a refund will be accepted as long as your order has not been processed, packaged, and is in the hands of USPS.
Once your receive an email conform that your order has been fullfilled, it has been taken to the post office.
Cancellations are NOT allowed for any Sezzle orders. These sales are final.

Shipping/Pickup-
All Items will be shipped out as fast as possible. We will be shipping purchases Monday-Friday.
All items will be shipped out same business day, or next business day. Please allow extra time for shipping during holiday peak season.
Shipping on all items will be a flat rate of $6.00 per order. Please remember to add the shipping option or pickup option to your order.
If you are local, and wanting to pick up your items, please place your order with the local pickup option.

Payment options
We accept two different payment options.
1. Pay now with a credit or debit card through shopify payments
2. Sign up with Sezzle for 4 interest free payment plans every two weeks, with your first payment due immediately. Your items will still ship out to you immediately since you have arranged a payment plan with sezzle. As a reminder, all sezzle plans are non refundable, and only store credit is available.
